Sachit Kanwar
Chairman and Managing Director
Mr. Sachit Kanwar is the Chairman and Managing Director of Xlerate Driveline India Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Studies from York University, Atkinson Faculty of Liberal & Professional Studies, Toronto, Canada. He has a rich experience in the EPC and automotive business of around 18 years. He has been associated with the Company since the inception of the Manufacturing Plant upon his appointment as a Director w.e.f. 26 September 2012 and later designated as the Managing Director of the Company w.e.f 1st February 2013. Currently, he is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company after the complete takeover of the Company from Raunaq EPC International Ltd. He has also worked as the Joint Managing Director and Executive Director of Raunaq EPC International Ltd till September 2021.
Mr. Sameer Kanwar is the Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company since 27 December 2024. He has done his Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from York University, Canada. After completing his Graduation, he completed two years of training in the areas of Planning, Finance, and Control at ZF Friedrichshafen AG, Germany, the world’s largest maker of drivelines and chassis for Automobiles. He has a rich experience of 24 years. He currently holds the position of Joint Managing Director at Bharat Gears Limited, a Company engaged in the manufacturing of Automotive Gears and Components. He also holds directorship in a few Private Limited Companies viz. EJOT-Octaqon Fastening Systems Private Limited, Nexus Driveline India Private Limited and Nexus EPC Private Limited.
Sameer Kanwar

Mr. Sameer Kanwar is the Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company since 27 December, 2024.
Mr. Suryakant Gupta is a Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 27 December 2024. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and proprietor of M/s Surya Gupta & Associates, a Practicing Company Secretary Firm based in Delhi. He is a REGIONAL COUNCIL MEMBER of the Northern India Regional Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India for the period 2023-2026 and was holding the position of Secretary of NIRC-ICSI for the year 2023. He has a rich experience of over 12 years in Secretarial Practice, IPRs, and Due Diligence matters. He is a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Mr. Suryakant Gupta is a Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 27 December 2024.
Mrs. Afsheen Kanwar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Studies from York University, Atkinson Faculty of Liberal & Professional Studies, Toronto, Canada. She is the Co-founder of Nahi Means No, which is a social initiative aimed towards sexual assault awareness, safety and empowerment. She has been awarded the ICAN Alumni Achiever Award, 2019 for her outstanding achievement in social service by his Excellency Nadir Patel, The High Commissioner of Canada to India.

Mrs. Afsheen Kanwar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Studies from York University, Toronto, Canada.
Mr. Kushagra Gupta holds a master degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. Presently, He is Head of Business Development and Sales at Lauls Private Limited, a steel logistics and distribution Company engaged in 2nd leg warehousing, transportation and distribution of Tata Steel products to the automotive industry. He has worked in the analytics industry for over 10 years advising fortune 500 companies in North America and Europe. He has a rich experience of 16 years.
